As staffing profoundly decreases at the International level, I am required to attend MANY more online organizational meetings at night. For example : the Dansan to Japan, The Youth Retreat to Japan, the changing format of Advanced Leadership Classes, etc. all must be accomplished by the local Ministers and DTs from here on. Therefore this communication strategy will be very helpful.

Board Meeting Sunday
I will need to skip out of Hoza to make a quick visit to Olivia H.s Graduation party before the Board Meeting
Winter Recitation Begins in < 2 weeks. I propose we get a signup sheet started for Roles. I propose we do "live" Recitation for the first 5 days, and then "online" with RKINA for the remainder
Our new "Equality Day" Ceremony, on MLK weekend, will feature poems and readings, like the Earth Day Ceremony last year. Maybe we will make that a Pizza lunch Day.
We have MULTIPLE events approaching : too many to list. I am going to create an "old school" simple Wall Calendar in my office where leaders can check the upcoming event calendar. The Event Calendar for members is on the Website
I think this needs to be a "Gohonzon Year". Much work to do to support that effort. DTs who go to Dansan can help transport Gohonzons.
That means we need many more Home Altar Installs.
I may need to be in Japan in May '26
